Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

> Advanced Journal of Science and Engineering (Adv. J. Sci. Eng.) is a peer-reviewed international open access journal.

> The Journal accepts your research works as Original Research Articles, Review Articles, Short Communications, and Letters (experimental and theoretical) of written in English.

> Manuscript is one Word file including all needed information of your work: Title, Authors' Names, Affiliations, Contact Information of All Authors, ORCiD of Corresponding Author, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Disclosure Statement, Acknowledgements (optional), References List, Tables, Figures.

> Journal policy

> The author(s) will confirm that the manuscript (or any part of it) has not been published previously or is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

> If paper accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language.

> All authors accept full responsibility for the factual accuracy of the data presented and should obtain any authorization necessary for publication.

> Authors are encouraged to suggest reviewers in the related field when papers are submitting.

> There is no charge for publishing manuscript (pure Open Access) in Advanced Journal of Science and Engineering.

> Text Organization: The manuscript style must be one-column uniform using 12 pt Times New Roman Normal font.

> References: The reference numbers should be given in [square brackets] in the text. The reference list should be placed at the end of manuscript based on the standard Vancouver style for reference: https://michener.ca/students/library/referencing-writing-help/vancouverstyle/

For Journals: the author(s); title. publisher’s name volume (year of publication) First page-End page.

> Peer Review Process

Manuscripts submitted for publication in Advanced Journal of Science and Engineering will be reviewed anonymously by at least two independent experts in the particular area, the author will receive evaluation results within two weeks to decide the manuscript would be accepted or rejected.

> After acceptance

Accepted papers are copy-edited and language polished with a view to clarity, brevity, and consistency before publication to conform to the journal style. Page proofs in PDF format will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author, to be checked for typesetting/editing. To avoid delays in publication, proofs should be checked immediately for typographical errors and returned within 4 days. If unable to send corrections within 4 days due to some reason, the article will be published exactly as received and the publishers will not be responsible for any error occurring in the published manuscript in this regard.
